When you contact us, we always arrange a free personal visit where we can discuss your needs and organise a routine that is individually tailored to YOUR requirements. We are especially sensitive to any special needs that our elderly customers may have.

Our Staff
Our cleaners are professional, friendly and caring. All staff are carefully vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau (Enhanced Level) which goes above and beyond the level of checking carried out by many other companies. You can therefore have complete confidence in the staff who visit your home.

We also try to match our customers to the best possible P.A. according to their needs, hoping that our staff will provide a friendly face as well as a top-class, reliable service.

How regularly do we visit?
Again, it depends on YOUR wishes. Cleaning can be undertaken daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

What if you're at work?
Many of our clients are working professionals; we can (and regularly do) act as keyholders and clean while you are working.

Will the same P.A. visit every time?
Yes! In the case of larger jobs, an extra person may be needed. This is recommended for 'spring cleaning' - the kind of deep clean that we would recommend on a six-month basis.

Our Cleaning Checklist
We operate the highest standard of health, safety and cleanliness to leave kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly sanitised and sparkling clean! Our cleaning routine includes tables, worktops, floors, tiles and bins, sinks, baths, showers and toilets. We can clean inside your cooker, microwave and fridge.

Vacuuming and dusting are thorough and beds can be made/bedclothes changed whenever required. Skirting boards are cleaning and cobwebs removed. Obviously we will discuss all your individual requirements. We will use the materials that YOU provide so that your personal preferences are respected. However, we are always happy to discuss and recommend the best cleaning products.
